Privacy notice

SeerPlay is a free-to-play football prediction game. You swipe, you predict, you climb the board. This page explains what we store about you and why.

We keep the minimum the game needs to work:

• Your predictions. Every pick you make, when you made it, and how it scored. That is the game.
• Your email address, only if you choose to provide one. Playing as a guest works without it.
• Device and usage analytics. Basic events such as sessions started, picks made and screens viewed, plus coarse device information (platform, browser type). We use this to see what works and fix what does not.

• We do not sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking networks on SeerPlay.

We use essential cookies and local storage only: keeping you signed in, remembering your session, and first-party analytics that stay with us. No third-party tracking cookies.

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers in the European Union. We keep it only as long as your account exists or as the law requires.

To keep the game fair we use Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible security check that verifies you are a person without showing a challenge or using tracking cookies. Turnstile processes limited device and network signals for that purpose only, as described in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it. Email us and we will sort it: hello@seerplay.com

SeerPlay is for adults. You must be 18 or older to play. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always tells you when it last moved.
