Terms of play

SeerPlay is a free-to-play game of skill. You predict football results, earn points and in-game credits, and climb the leaderboard. Nothing here involves staking money and in-game credits have no cash value.

You must be 18 or older to play. By using SeerPlay you confirm you are.

• You can play as a guest. If you add an email address later, your picks come with you.
• One account per person. Keep it yours.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account on your device.

• No automation, scripting or exploiting bugs to gain points or credits.
• Predictions lock at kickoff. Locked means locked, for everyone.
• We may correct scores when official results are corrected, and we may void a fixture that is cancelled or abandoned. Void means no points either way.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and remove leaderboard entries earned unfairly.

In-game credits are for playing, not for cashing out. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought or sold, and can be adjusted or reset if we find errors or abuse. Where a competition offers prizes, the prize rules shown for that competition apply.

• SeerPlay is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but fixtures move, feeds hiccup and football happens.
• We are not liable for losses arising from your use of a free game, to the fullest extent the law allows.
• We may change or discontinue features. If we make a change that matters, we will say so in the app.

Display names must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate others. We may rename or remove names that break this rule.
